The International Court of Justice (ICJ) announced its decision regarding the request for interim measures in the GENOCIDE case filed by the Republic of South Africa against Israel.
The Republic of South Africa's reasons for the case were obviously accepted by the ICJ...
This interim decision does not stipulate a ceasefire; in other words, in the genocide lawsuit filed by the Republic of South Africa, the request that "The State of Israel should immediately stop its military operations in Gaza" was not received positively.
However, the decision orders Israel to refrain from any action related to killing, attack and destruction against the residents of Gaza and to take all measures to prevent genocide.
